Terms of service.

These terms apply to every order placed with GetRightSneakers. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our shipping, returns, payments and privacy policies.

Orders are reservations

Placing an order on this website reserves the items for you; it is not a completed purchase. We confirm each order on WhatsApp, check stock and agree the final total before you pay. A contract for the sale is formed only when we confirm the order and receive your payment.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in INR, USD or GBP depending on the currency you choose. INR is the billing basis: USD and GBP prices are conversions at the rate shown on the site, provided for convenience, and the amount you pay is confirmed in chat before payment. Shipping is free on orders over ₹4,999; otherwise shipping is quoted on WhatsApp. Import duties and taxes for UK and US deliveries are the buyer's responsibility, as set out in Shipping.

Payment

We do not take card payments on the site. Payment is made after confirmation by UPI or bank transfer in India, and by bank transfer or PayPal for the UK and US, as described in Payments. Items are dispatched once payment is received.

Stock and cancellation

Stock changes weekly and many items are one of a kind. If an item is unavailable when we confirm your order, or fails our in-hand inspection, we may cancel the order or that item. If you have already paid for it, we refund that amount in full to the original payment method. If we do not receive payment within the time agreed in chat, the reservation may be released.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions in our Returns policy. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Authenticity

Every item is inspected in hand before dispatch and covered by our authenticity guarantee: a full refund including shipping if an item is ever proven inauthentic, with no time limit.

Independent reseller

GetRightSneakers is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands it sells. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Product information

We describe items and photograph them as accurately as we can. Minor variations in colour between screens, and box condition on pre-owned or older stock, are not defects. If something material is wrong with what you receive, our Returns policy applies.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by placing orders you do not intend to complete, attempting to access the admin area, or interfering with its operation. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
