Privacy.
We collect only what we need to confirm, ship and support your order. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we share your details only with the courier that delivers your parcel.

What we collect
When you place an order at checkout we collect:
- your name;
- your phone number, which is also used to reach you on WhatsApp;
- your email address, if you provide one;
- your delivery address;
- the items you ordered, your chosen currency, any discount code and any note you add;
- your IP address, recorded with the order to prevent fraud and abuse of the checkout.
Anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email is held in that service and in our chat history so we can handle your order.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your order on WhatsApp, agree payment, dispatch and track your parcel, handle returns and respond to your questions. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell it.
Cookies
- Currency preference: when you choose INR, USD or GBP we store that choice in a cookie so prices stay in your currency. It contains nothing else.
- Admin session cookies: used only by our staff to sign in to the store's admin area. They are not set for shoppers.
We currently use no analytics, advertising or social media trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and delivery address are passed to the courier that delivers your parcel. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records, including your contact and delivery details, are kept for as long as we need them to support the order, handle returns under our Returns policy and honour our authenticity guarantee, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations in India. The IP address recorded with an order is kept with that order record.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@getrightsneakers.com from the contact details on your order and we will act on your request. We may need to keep a minimal record of completed orders where accounting or tax rules require it, and we will tell you if that applies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and card details are never entered on it; payment happens through your own bank, UPI app or PayPal as described in Payments. Access to order records is limited to our staff.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top.
