Authenticity guarantee.
Every item we sell is inspected in hand before it is dispatched. If an item we sold is ever proven inauthentic, you get a full refund including shipping, with no time limit.

Our guarantee
We guarantee that every product sold by GetRightSneakers is genuine. This covers sneakers, hoodies, perfumes, beauty products and accessories. The guarantee has no expiry date: it applies for as long as you own the item.
How we verify
Nothing ships without being checked in hand. We look at stitching, materials, box labels, QR and SKU codes, and compare each item against retail references. Fragrances get a smell test and a check of batch codes and seals. If anything is off, the item does not ship.
If you have a concern
- Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@getrightsneakers.com with your order number and photos of what concerns you.
- We review the item against our dispatch records and photos. We may ask you to send the item back for inspection; if we do, we cover the shipping.
- If the item is proven inauthentic by a recognised authentication service, we refund the full price you paid including shipping, to your original payment method.
What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee covers authenticity only. Wear, damage after delivery, sizing and change of mind are handled under our Returns policy.

GetRightSneakers is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised retailer of Nike, Jordan, New Balance, Adidas, Dior, Creed or any other brand we stock. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
