Payments.

We do not take card payments on this website. Your order is reserved here, confirmed on WhatsApp, and paid after confirmation by the method agreed in chat.

How ordering and payment work

1. Add items to your bag and check out with your name, phone number and address.
2. Your order is reserved and you are handed to WhatsApp with the order summary pre-filled.
3. We confirm stock and the final total, including any shipping charge, in chat.
4. We share payment details. You pay, and send us confirmation.
5. Once the payment is received, your order is packed, inspected and dispatched with tracking.

No payment is taken at checkout and nothing is charged automatically. The website never asks for card details.

Payment methods

• India: UPI or bank transfer.
• United Kingdom and United States: bank transfer or PayPal.

The exact method for your order is confirmed in chat. We will only ever share payment details through our official WhatsApp number, +919999999999. If anyone else asks you to pay for a GetRightSneakers order, do not pay and tell us.

Currencies and pricing

Prices on the site can be viewed in INR, USD or GBP. INR is our billing basis; the USD and GBP prices are conversions at the rate shown on the site and are there for convenience. The final amount, and the currency you pay in, are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Bank or PayPal fees charged by your own provider are not included.

Reservations and payment timing

Placing an order reserves the item for you while we confirm it. Stock changes weekly and many pieces are one-offs, so if payment is not received within the time we agree in chat, the reservation may be released so another customer can buy the item.

Discount codes

If you entered a valid discount code at checkout, it is applied to the total we confirm on WhatsApp. Codes cannot be added after payment has been made.

Refunds

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. See Returns for when refunds are issued and how long they take.
