Sneakers and beauty from India to the UK or US: how it works
Short answer: You order on WhatsApp, pay once we have confirmed the price and any shipping charge in the chat, and we dispatch after the item passes our in-hand inspection. Parcels to the UK and US take 7 to 12 working days from dispatch and are tracked all the way. Orders over ₹4,999 ship free, and any import duty, VAT or sales tax charged in your country is your responsibility and is not included in our prices.
How does the order flow work from abroad?
The flow is the same whether you are in London or New York; only the delivery time and the customs step differ.
- Browse the sneakers, beauty or accessories pages and add what you want to your bag.
- Press checkout. The site reserves the stock for you and opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message listing the items, sizes and prices.
- Tell us your delivery address and country. If your order is under ₹4,999 we quote the shipping charge in the chat before you pay; over that, shipping is free.
- Pay, and we confirm receipt in the same chat.
- We inspect the item in hand. Only then is it packed and dispatched.
- We send the tracking details in the chat, and you follow the parcel to your door.

How long does delivery take?

The clock starts at dispatch, not payment, because inspection comes first. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and a parcel can sit with customs for a few days within that window. If you need something by a particular date, say so before paying and we will tell you whether it is realistic.
Will I be charged customs duty or tax?
Possibly. Parcels arriving in the UK and US from India pass through customs, and the authorities there may charge import duty, VAT in the UK or sales tax in the US, depending on the item and its declared value. These charges are set by your country, not by us, so we do not quote rates. They are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. If a charge is due, the courier will normally contact you to collect it before the parcel is released. Our shipping page has the full policy.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order is dispatched we send the tracking number in the WhatsApp chat. UK and US parcels are tracked from our hands to yours, so you can see when the parcel leaves India, clears customs and goes out for delivery. If tracking has not updated for a few days, international scans are sometimes batched; message us with your order number and we will check from our side.
What happens if a parcel is lost?
Lost parcels are rare on tracked services, but they do happen. If your tracking stops moving well beyond the 7 to 12 working day window, or shows delivered when nothing has arrived, message us with your order number. We raise a trace with the courier, pass on everything they tell us and agree the next steps with you in the chat. You never have to chase a courier yourself.
Can I return something to India?
Yes, and the rules are the same as for customers in India. You can return an item within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, with its tags and original packaging. You pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case we do. Sealed beauty items cannot be returned once opened, which matters if you are ordering skincare or lipstick. Once we receive the return we refund within 7 working days.
Return shipping from the UK or US to India costs more than a domestic return, so it is worth getting the size right first.
