How we verify every pair before it ships

GetRightSneakers checks every item in hand before dispatch: box label, stitching, materials and size-tag codes on sneakers; batch codes, seals and packaging on fragrance and beauty; comparison against retail references for everything. Anything that fails the check is not shipped. No exceptions, no “trusted supplier” shortcuts.

What we check on sneakers

  1. Box and label: SKU, size and colourway must match the shoe, the box label font and barcode must match retail references.
  2. Stitching and shape: toe box height, heel shape, stitch density on the swoosh or N.
  3. Materials: leather grain and smell, suede nap, sole rubber flex.
  4. Size tag: print quality, date codes, QR check where the brand supports it.
  5. Insole and sockliner: logo placement, glue pattern underneath.

Fragrance and beauty

Sealed boxes only, batch code checked against the bottle or tube, cellophane fold pattern and safety seals inspected. We never sell decants as full bottles, and beauty products are never opened or swatched.

If something is ever wrong

If an item is ever proven inauthentic, you get a full refund including shipping, with no time limit. Ordinary returns (changed your mind, wrong size) follow the 7-day returns policy: unworn, tags on, original packaging, fragrance and beauty still sealed.
